Many of our clients don’t have hours in there day to spend in the gym. Our alternative is introducing outdoor boot camp classes that target the entire body. Circuit training is extremely beneficial to boost your metabolism in a short amount of time. By keeping the heartrate high with little rest, we assure positive results on your physically and mental wellbeing.

Our circuit training classes not only build you a foundation of muscle but it also jumpstarts your fat burning furnace into another  level! We make your body enter the “Afterburn effect” which will continuously burn calories for up to 48 hours after your workout is finished. Our boot camps offer the best of both worlds by combining cardio and strength training in one session!
